Terms of stay
As Quality Gold Suite Antalya, we apply certain standards for the comfort and safety of our guests with our transparent service approach. In order to plan your accommodation experience in the best way, please check out our current facility policies below.
1. Entry and Exit Procedures
- Standard Entrance (Check-in): from 14:00 to 15:00. Dec.
- Standard Check-out (Check-out): until 12:00.
- Early Check-in and Late Check-Out: Early check-in or late check-out is possible depending on availability. For late check-outs up to 18:00, 50% of the daily room fee may be applied, and for check-outs after 18:00, a full-day fee may be applied. Please inform the reception of your request in advance.
- Entrance Documents: T.C. a photo ID card or driver's license is mandatory for citizens; a passport and a valid visa / residence certificate are mandatory for foreign guests.
- Luggage Storage: After the check-out procedures, you can leave your luggage at our safe deposit unit free of charge until the time of your flight.
2. Pay and Booking Conditions
- Paying Methods: Paying with cash (TL, USD, EUR), debit card and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) is accepted at our facility.
- payment options: Pay Pay at Check-In" or "Prepaid" options are offered depending on the type of reservation. In order to finalize your reservation, a prepayment in the amount of the first night's pay may be requested.
- Long Term Stays: special discounted prices and pay plans are applied for stays of 14 days and above. You can contact our sales department for detailed information.
3. Cancellation, Modification and Refund Policy
- Reservation Management: Changes or cancellations of your reservations; from the "Reservation Management" panel on our website, +90 [Your Phone Number] through or through [Your E-mail Address] you can do this by submitting a written notification to the address.
- Cancellation Periods:
- The free cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours (or 48-72 hours depending on the room you have selected) before the check-in date.
- In case of late cancellations or in case of non-arrival at the facility (No-show), the entire first night fee or booking amount will be reflected as a penalty fee.
- Refunds are completed within 7-10 business days in accordance with the method of paying (credit card / bank transfer).
4. Children and Extra Beds
- Children's Accommodation: Children of all ages are accepted as our guests. the first child between the ages of 0-6 can stay free of charge in existing beds. Dec.
- Document Requirement: For child guests, the presentation of ID / passport at the time of entry is also a legal obligation.
- Baby Cot: A free baby parking bed is provided on request, subject to availability.
5. Other Important Information
- Internet: High-speed Wi-Fi access is free throughout the property and in all rooms.
- Car park: Our guests can use the free public parking areas around the property.
- Pet: Our facility cannot accept pets due to hygiene rules.

Facility Conditions & General Rules
- Entrance & Exit: Check-in is 14:00, check-out is 12:00. Early check-in/late check-out may be subject to additional charges depending on availability.Oct. Luggage storage is free of charge.
- Identity Obligation: Due to legal requirements, all guests, including babies and children, are required to present their ID or passport at the time of entry.
- Pay & Cancel: Cash and all credit cards are valid. The free cancellation period is 24 hours before check-in; for late cancellations, the first night fee will be charged.
- Smoking & Silence: There is no smoking in the rooms (except on the balcony). Silence is essential between 23:00 – 08:00 hours for the peace of all guests. Dec.
- Safety & Damage: The facility is monitored with a camera 24/7. Damages caused to the room fixtures are the responsibility of the guest.
- Visitors: Guest visitors are accepted only in the lobby area; visitors are not allowed on the room floors.
